Switching functions
Hysteresis function
If the system pressure jumps around a preset value, the hysteresis function keeps the output state stable. If the system pressure rises, the output state is switched when the opening point (ALxH) is reached. If the system pressure drops, the output state is switched back to the original output state only when the off point (ALxF) is reached.
ALxH > ALxF is normally open function
ALxH < ALxF is normally closed function
Window Functions
Using the window mode to monitor the defined allowable range, the output function will switch (window function/normally open) or not (window function/normally closed) when the system pressure changes between the open point (ALxH) and the close point (ALxF).
The width of the window can be set by the difference between ALxH and ALxF.
Hysteresis time (0.1 to 30.0 seconds)
With this method, unwanted transient pressure peaks or high frequency signals are filtered out. The switching output does not change state immediately when the pressure reaches the switching condition, but must wait until the delay time is over. Pressure changes during the delay time do not change the switching output state.
Analog Output
For special applications, this product is available with analog output range scaling, which can be achieved by pressing the following menu.
Bs-L is the starting point of the analog output signal (4m corresponding to the measured value)
Bs-H is the end point of the analog output signal (20mA corresponding to the measured value)
Minimum range of Bs-L and Bs-H = 25% of the measurement range
MEW = final value of the measurement range in the figure
Within the set measurement range, the output signal is 4 to 20mA
Zero calibration
When ▲ and ▼ are pressed simultaneously for 5 seconds in the measurement state, zero correction is achieved and the pressure value in the range of +/-10% will be used as the new zero point. If you press and hold ▲ and ▼ simultaneously for 5 seconds again, the pressure value before the zero correction is restored. For example, if there is residual pressure in the system, it can be displayed as zero pressure.
Note: Make sure the system pressure is relieved before zero calibration
Example of settings
Example: To set the switch point 1 for the upper limit alarm output (normally open function) in 4Mpa suction and, less than 3.95Mpa disconnection, switching delay for 3 seconds action; switch point 2 for the lower limit alarm output (normally closed function) in 10Mpa disconnection, less than 9.95Mpa suction and, switching delay for 10 seconds:

- Press the "mode" button
- Display "LOCK" (prompt for password)
- Press▲ or ▼ to enter the code "1".
- Press the "mode" button to confirm
- Press▲ or ▼ to flip up or down for menu selection (AL1H, AL1F, AL1D, AL2H, AL2F, AL2D, END)
- Press the "mode" key to enter the selected menu. Press▲ or ▼ to change the setting
- Press the "mode" key to confirm, and then use the▲ or ▼ keys to select other menus for modification if needed.
- Select the "END" menu after the modification is completed, press "mode" to confirm the save and exit.
- If no key is pressed for 30 seconds, the setting state is automatically exited, but the modified data is not saved.
